摘要
简要介绍贵溪冶炼厂熔炼车间铜火法精炼的过程控制,结合精炼过程中天然气还原的工艺特点,为降低天然气在还原过程中的吨铜单耗及缩短还原操作时间,经过摸索和试验,总结出阳极铜还原的操作方法,并有效地降低了天然气能耗、缩短作业周期,从而保障生产顺行。
briefly introduces the process control of copper refining in smelting workshop of Guixi smelter, combined withthe characteristics of natural gas reduction in refining process, in order to reduce the unit consumption of copper in thereduction process and shorten the operation time, through trial and test, the operation method of anode copper reduction issummarized, effectively reduce the energy consumption of natural gas, shorten operation cycle, to ensure the production ofdirect.
