介绍了贵溪冶炼厂电解车间一系列新7.5万吨系统停车、复产过程的控制,分析了影响电解系统停开车的主要因素,采取了精准控制电解液体积,保持电解液活性,优化作业方式等措施,大幅提高了复产第一批阴极铜质量,进一步提高了电解系统停车、复产的控制能力。
This paper introduces the process control of 75000 tons system stop and production resumption in electrolyticworkshop of Guixi Smelter. It analyzes the main factors influencing the electrolytic system stop, adopting the measures as fol-lows: controlling the electrolyte volume accurately, maintaining the electrolyte activity, optimizing the operation mode, whichfurther improves the control ability of the stop and production resumption of electrolysis system.
