以节日为载体的城市传统文化保护和发展研究——基于大连市多民族社区的考察

Protection and Development of City Traditional Cultures Using Festivals as Carriers——Based on the study of Dalian multi-ethnic communities

针对中国城市社区向多民族社区发展的大趋势,以及与民族成分多元化相伴而来的社区文化多元化问题,提出保护和发展城市传统文化,不仅要重视本土文化,同时也应加强对不同时期汇入的少数民族文化的弘扬和传承。认为节日本身作为一种传统文化形式,也是展示和延续各民族传统文化的重要载体。结合大连市多民族社区近年来传统文化依托节日传承的成效与特点,针对存在的问题,提出民族传统节日在与现代文化同构中创新发展、节日文化传承与社会事业的发展相衔接、加强社区管理机构与民间团体的良性互动等观点和建议,以促进各民族文化传播交融与城市民族关系和谐发展。

At present, it has become a trend for city communities to develop into multi - ethnic communities in our country. However, problems arise with the diversification of community cul- tures. It is stated that the protection and the development of traditional city culture should not only give priority to local cultures, but also promote and inherit ethnic cultures at different times. As a kind of traditional cultural form, festival is an important carrier that can mirror and inherit ethnic traditional cultures. Combing the effects and the characteristics of inheritance based on festivals in Dalian multi - ethnic communities in recent years, this paper, in view of the problems, suggests that ethnic traditional festivals should be innovated and developed togeth- er with modern cultures, the inheritance of festival cultures and the development of society should be linked together, and the interaction between community management agencies and civ- il organizations should be strengthened so as to promote the dissemination of all ethnic cultures and the harmonious development of city ethnic relations.
