On the Compilation of An Introduction to Jingpo Literature

景颇族是中国云南少数民族之一,其文学有着悠久的历史。尚正宏的《景颇族文学概论》是对景颇族文学史的基本概述。从编纂过程、历史观与哲学观、文学史的分期和分类、文学观和作品分析,以及编写中存在的不足等方面对该著作的编纂进行了初步研究,从而挖掘出本书的特点并探究其学术价值。

The Jingpo, one of the ethnic groups in Yunnan province, hoasts a long literary histo- ry. An Introduction to Jingpo Literature written by Shang Zhenghong presents a basic overview of the history of Jingpo literature. This paper makes a preliminary study on the compilation of this book such as its compilation process, the compiler＇ s historical and philosophical views, the staging and classifications of literary history, views of literature, analysis of literary works and insufficiency so as to excavate the characteristics of this book and its academic value.
