Taking battle culture construction as the core and the history education of the CCP and the PLA as a breakthrough point, this paper points out that the great history of the CCP and the PLA is the vivid teaching materials for battle culture construction. It demonstrates the relation- ship between the history of the CCP and the PLA and the battle culture construction of our army from four aspects. It is stated that the history education of the CCP and the PLA helps reinforce the ideological foundation of battle culture, foster the battle spirit for the inheritance of battle culture, and enhance the construction vitality of battle culture. Only in this way can battle cul- ture construction of our army under the new situation be constructed.
