Mechanism of National Unity Education for Minority College Students as Individuals

为了加强个体少数民族大学生民族团结教育,认为高校要坚持以情感教育为基础、以心理疏导为核心、以实际帮助为保障、以行为引导为目标的原则,提出工作中以精细化工作导向、树立大德育观、从抓好队伍、创新机制、更新形式入手,不断提高个体少数民族大学生民族团结教育的实效性。

National unity is one of the basic characteristics and the core contents of socialist eth- nic relations. To enhance the national unity education for minority college students as individu- als, this paper presents the view that colleges should take emotional education as the basis, psy- chological counseling as the core, practical help as the guarantee and behavior instructions as the goal. Moreover, colleges should have work meticulously- planned, take a macro moral view, manage personnel construction properly, innovate mechanism, renew forms and improve the effectiveness of national unity education for minority college students as individual constantly.
