摘要 爬树龙(Rhaphidophora decursiva)地上部分用甲醇提取,利用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析和高效液相层析进行化学成分分离纯化,从中分离得到11个化合物.根据现代波谱技术和理化性质对化合物结构进行鉴定,鉴定结构为:sesartemin(1)、(1R,2S,5R)-2-(3’-methoxy-4’,5’-methylendioxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxa-6-oxobicyclo[3.3.0]octane(2)、6,7-二甲氧基-4-羟基-1-萘甲酸(3)、原儿茶酸甲酯(4)、丁香酸(5)、1,2,4-三甲氧基苯(6)、原儿茶酸(7)、没食子酸(8)、没食子酸甲酯(9)、胡萝卜苷(10)和β-谷甾醇(11).其中化合物1-9为首次从该属中分离得到,10、11为首次从该植物中分离得到. Eleven compounds are obtained by silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and HPLC from the aerial parts of Rhaphidophora decursiva in Yunnan Province. The chemical structures of these compounds are identified by modern spectroscopic analysis combined with their physico-chemical data. These compounds are identified to be sesartemin(1),(1R,2S,5R)-2-(3'-methoxy-4', 5'-methylendioxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxa-6-oxobicyclo[3.3.0]octane(2), 6,7-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy-1-naphthoic acid(3), protocatechuic acid methyl ester(4), syringic acid(5), 1,2,4-trimethoxybenzene(6), protocatechuic acid(7), gallic acid(8), methyl gallate(9), daucosterol(10) and β-sitosterol(11). Among them, 1-9are obtained from the genus Rhaphidophora for the first time, and 10 and 11 are isolated from R. decursiva for the first time.
