癫痫发作及抗癫痫药物会导致不良母胎结局。神经内科与产科医师共同管理妊娠合并癫痫患者,熟知孕产期癫痫发作的影响因素,有助于评估孕产期癫痫发作的风险,减少孕产期癫痫发作;掌握产时癫痫发作的急救处理,为孕妇安全分娩保驾护航。
Epileptic seizures and antiepileptic drugs cause adverse maternal and fetal outcomes.Neurologist and obstetrician manage pregnant women with epilepsy together,so that know the influence factors of maternal epileptic seizures well,which is helpful for assessing the occurrence risk of seizures and reducing seizures. We also should master the management of epileptic seizures in labor to escort the delivery.
