雾化吸入氨溴索联合支气管镜下肺灌洗治疗尘肺的效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察雾化吸入氨溴索联合支气管镜下肺灌洗治疗尘肺的效果。方法选择2014年5月至2016年5月本院收治的尘肺病患者92例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=46),对照组采用支气管镜下肺灌洗治疗,观察组采用雾化吸入氨溴索联合支气管镜下肺灌洗治疗,2周后比较监测两组患者治疗前后第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)以及呼气流量峰值(PEF)水平,临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者有效率95.65%显著高于对照组的82.60%(P〈0.05)。两组患者治疗后FEV1、FVC和PEF水平较治疗前均显著上升(P〈0.05),观察组患者治疗后FEV1、FVC和PEF水平均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。观察组患者不良反应总发生率8.70%与对照组的6.52%差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论雾化吸入氨溴索联合支气管镜下肺灌洗可以改善尘肺患者肺功能,提高治疗效果。 Objective To observe the effect of aerosol inhalation ofambroxol combined with bronchoscopic lung lavage in the treatment of pneumoconiosis. Methods A total of 92 patients with pneumoconiosis treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and divided into the control group (n=46) and the observation group (n=46) by the random number table method. The control group was treated with bronchoscopic lung lavage, and the observation group was treated with aerosol inhalation of ambroxol combined with bronchoscopic lung lavage. 2 weeks later, the forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEVI), forced vital capacity (FVC), and peak expiratory flow (PEF) of the two groups before and after treatment, the clinical efficacy, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (95.65% vs.82.60%; P〈0.05). After treatment, the levels of FEV1, FVC, and PEF of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P〈0.05), and the above indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (8.70% vs.6.52%; P〉0.05). Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of ambroxol combined with bronchoscopic lung lavage can improve the lung function and the therapeutic effect in patients with pneumoconiosis.
