对抗原激活红细胞天然免疫反应主干道血脂含量变化的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究抗原激活红细胞天然免疫反应主干道对血脂含量变化的影响。方法血液选取2014年5月至2016年5月在本院体检合格的健康人300例,分离出血浆、全血细胞以及白细胞,抗原采用酵母菌加卡介苗,分别激活免疫反应全血细胞、无血浆的免疫反应细胞以及未激活的免疫反应细胞,各组血脂含量的变化比较。结果酵母菌联合卡介苗能激活血液的免疫反应,发现激活免疫反应细胞的血脂明显高于无血浆激活的免疫反应细胞,激活后的免疫反应全血细胞TC、HDL分别为(0.29±0.07)mmol/L、(0.008±0.0004)mmol/L,与激活的免疫反应白细胞相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论天然免疫反应主干道中红细胞对调控免疫反应以及血脂含量起到重要的调控作用。 Objective To study the effect of antigen activated innate immune reaction of erythrocyte on the changes of lipid content in the main road. Methods The 300 blood samples were collected from healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital and were eligible for our study from May 2014 to May 2016. Plasma, blood cells, white blood cells (WBC) were extracted from the blood sample, and saccharomycetes combined with Bacillus Calmette-Guerin was used as antigen to activate the whole blood cells of the immune response, cells of immune response without plasma, and the unactivated immune cells, respectively. The changes of the content of blood lipid were compared. Results The saccharomycetes in combination with Bacillus Calmette-Guerin could activate the hemal immune reaction, and the level of blood lipid of activated immunocytes was significantly higher than that of non-immunoreactive cells in the immune response of plasma. TC and HDL of blood cells after activation were (0.293:0.07) mmol/L and (0.008±0.000 4) mmol/L, with statistically significant differences compared with those of the activated immune response of WBC (P〈0.05). Conclusion Erythrocyte in the main road of innate immune reaction plays an important role in the regulation of the immune response and lipid content.
