The theory of etiology and pathology of chronic visceral disease

本文通过分析中医及西医对慢性内脏疾病的认识及不足,引出针刀医学对慢性内脏疾病的新认识,阐述了针刀医学对慢性内脏疾病的定义、病因及病理机制以及对慢性内脏疾病的诊断和治疗思路及方法,分析了慢性内脏疾病与脊柱之间的内在联系,提出了针刀治疗的目的是恢复内脏弓弦力学解剖系统力平衡,针刀的治疗方法是通过整体松解脊柱弓弦力学解剖系统、头-脊-肢弓弦力学解剖系统弓弦结合部及弦的应力集中部位的粘连、瘢痕和挛缩,恢复内脏弓弦力学解剖系统力平衡的新观点。

This paper analyzes the knowledge and lack of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for the chronic visceral disease, leading to a new understanding of acupotomology for chronic visceral disease, describes the definition, etiology and pathogenesis of acupotomy for chronic visceral disease and the ideas and methods of diagnosis and treatment for chronic visceral disease, analyzes the internal relationship between chronic visceral disease and spinal, put forward that the aim of acupotomlogic therapy is to restore the balance of the bowstring mechanics anatomi- cal system of viscera, the treatment of acupotomology is to recovery the balance of the visceral bowstring mechanics anatomical system through the overall solution of the adhesion, scar and contracture of the bowstring part and adhesion stress part of the spinal bowstring mechanics anatomical system and head-ridge-limb bowstring mechanics anatomical system.
