腓骨远端解剖型锁定钢板联合空心螺钉治疗三踝骨折的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察腓骨远端解剖型锁定钢板联合空心螺钉治疗三踝骨折的疗效。方法选取该院2014-02~2016-06收治的三踝骨折患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各60例。观察组采用腓骨远端解剖型锁定钢板联合空心螺钉治疗,对照组采用普通解剖型钢板联合螺钉治疗,术后第7周观察两组临床疗效以及切口感染、钢板松动、骨折未愈合、再次骨折等不良反应发生情况。结果观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组术后不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腓骨远端解剖型锁定钢板联合空心螺钉治疗三踝骨折可显著提高临床疗效,降低患者切口感染、钢板松动等不良反应发生率,是治疗三踝骨折的一种安全有效的方式,可在临床上推广应用。 Objective To analyze the effect of anatomical locking plate combined with hollow screw on three ankle fractures. Methods 120 patients with ankle fractures were collected in our hospital from February 2014 to June2016 and were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method. The observation group( n = 60) was treated with distal fibula anatomic locking plate combined with cannulated screw fixation,and the control group( n = 60) received common anatomical plate combined with screw for treatment. The clinical curative effects and adverse reactions( including wound infection,plate loosening,fracture nonunion and refracture) were compared between the two groups 7 weeks after the treanment. Results The excellent rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group( P〈0. 01). The incidence of the adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Fibula distal locking plate combined with cannulated screw fixation can significantly improve the clinical effect of the patients with three ankle fractures,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the patients with wound infection and loosening of the plate.
