“一带一路”背景下中蒙高等教育交流与合作:现状、困境及对策

Higher Education Exchange and Cooperation between China and Mongolia under the Belt and Road Initiative:Status Quo,Difficulties and Countermeasures

中国和蒙古国先后提出"一带一路"和"草原之路"计划,两国在战略发展上高度契合,且在高等教育的交流与合作方面已有良好基础,但也面临着专门人才结构亟需优化、科研合作发挥作用不大和合作办学项目水平有待提高等方面的困境。展望前景,有必要根据双方的战略合作重点调整人才培养结构,深挖科研合作潜力,推动协同创新,提高合作办学层次,推进建立海外分校。

The Belt and Road Initiative of China and the Pasture Road Strategy of Mongolia are highly fit, and the two countries have established a good foundation for the exchange and cooperation of Higher Education. However, there still exist some difficulties; such as the talent structure needs to be optimized, scientific research cooperation and education cooperation needs to be improved. So according to the strategic cooperation, it is necessary to adjust the structure of personnel training , strengthen scientific research cooperation and promote collaborative innovation, as well as upgrade the education cooperation and accelerate the establishment of overseas campuses.
