摘要 中外合作办学已成为全球化背景下的必然趋势,同时也增强了我国教育事业的国际竞争力。然而,由于中西方文化和教育价值观的差异,教育文化的冲突也日益凸显,具体表现为教学物质文化冲突、教学精神文化冲突以及教学制度文化冲突。解决这些冲突的原则在于实事求是,解决的路径则为融合创新,即创造一种优势互补的新型文化。具体而言,须构筑以学生为本的新型教学物质文化;构建以教学为本的新型教学精神文化;创建以人为本的新型教学制度文化。中外合作办学的文化融合与创新实质是对中西传统文化的扬弃。 Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools has become an inexorable trend in the background of globalization, and has contributed to the international competitiveness of our country' s education. However, clashes in educational culture, including clashes in teaching material culture, in teaching spiritual culture and in teaching system culture, unavoidably arise from cultural differences and the according differences in education values. The principle to settle the clashes is to seek truth from facts. The method is integration and innovation, namely, to create a new type of education culture, by establishing a new type of student-oriented material culture, a new type of teaching-oriented spiritual culture, and a new type of people-oriented teaching system culture. The cultural integration and innovation of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is, in essence, the sublation of Chinese and western traditional cultures.
