在日益复杂不确定环境下,跨界成长日益成为企业实现可持续经营发展的重要战略选择,受到国内外理论界和实业界的广泛关注。着重围绕企业跨界成长这一主题进行系统性文献回顾和研究述评,首先对跨界成长相关概念、测量指标进行内涵界定和维度辨析,然后从不同学科视角梳理跨界成长的发展脉络,最后通过阐述企业跨界成长研究基础、影响因素及其效应,构建企业跨界成长研究模型,并对未来相关研究领域进行展望。

In the ever-increasing complex and uncertain environment,cross-border growth has increasingly become an important strategic choice for an enterprise to achieve sustainable development,which is widely regarded by both domestic and international theories and industry. This paper mainly focuses on the topic of cross-border growth and tries to conduct a systematic review of the related literatures. First,the concept of cross-border growth and its measurement indicators are systematically defined. Second,the development veins of cross-border growth from multidisciplinary perspective are reviewed. Finally,the paper,through analyzing the research basis,influencing factors and their effects of enterprise cross-border growth,constructs the research model of enterprise cross-border growth,and further proposes the future research fields.
