摘要
针对冰架热水钻在南极极端条件下的应用,设计并实现了一套南极冰架热水钻钻头测控系统。该系统以STM32微处理器为核心,结合RS485远程通信,实现了钻头温度、压力、位移、姿态、声学孔径等参数的实时获取,并能够通过对随钻换向舱内的高压水流电磁阀进行控制实现射流方向的切换。测试结果表明,系统能够在高低温条件下稳定可靠地工作,满足在南极工作的需求。
According to the application of the ice shelf hot-water drill in the Antarctic extreme conditions,a set of measurement and control system for the hot-water drill bit of the Antarctic ice shelf is designed and implemented.This system uses the STM32 microprocessor as the core,combined with the RS485 remote communication,realizes the real-time acquisition of drilling tempera-ture,pressure,displacement,attitude,acoustic aperture,and is able to realize the jet direction switching by controlling the electro-magnetic valve compartment.The test results show that the system can work reliably under flexible temperature and meets the re-quirements of working in Antarctic.
