广西与东盟货物贸易发展问题研究

Research on the development of Guangxi and ASEAN trade in goods

随着广西不断对外开放,广西积极地参与到推动中国-东盟自贸区的建设,本文对广西与东盟货物贸易发展现状进行探讨,并提出了优化产业结构转型升级、利用互补优势协调发展、加大基础设施建设投入、建立质量效益导向性外贸体系、积极发展区域合作扩大开放格局的政策建议。

With the continuous opening of Guangxi, Guangxi is actively involved in promoting the construction of Chinese ASEAN Free Trade Zone, with Guangxi and the ASEAN Economic and trade development more and more close, the foreign trade competitiveness is not strong, the import and export of goods balance imbal- ance, poor infrastructure, hinder the development of international trade protection restricting the export expan- sion, opening pattern of small scale problems highlights, through the discus- sion of the TC index, bilateral trade index of Guangxi and current situation of the development of ASEAN trade in goods, and puts forward some suggestions to optimize the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, the use of complementary advantages of coordinated development, increase investment in infrastructure construction, the establishment of quality benefit oriented foreign trade system, the positive development of regional cooperation to expand the opening pattern of policy recommendations.
