湖州市制造企业竞争力研究

Research on the Competitiveness of Manufacturing Enterprises in Huzhou City

新一轮科技革命和产业变革正在兴起,制造企业要从经济转型和产业结构优化中获得最大利益,实现可持续发展,关键在于提升企业竞争力。本文选取代表性指标构建出科学合理的竞争力评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法获得竞争力评价指数。利用SWOT分析对湖州、宁波、金华、台州、嘉兴等市进行对比分析,找出湖州制造企业竞争中的优劣势。

The new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution is on the rise, to maximize the benefits to achieve sustainable development of Huzhou manufacturing enterprises from the economic transformation and industrial structure optimization ,the key is to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper chooses the representative index to construct the sci- entific and reasonable evaluation index system of competitiveness, and uses the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the competitive- ness evaluation index. Then, SWOT analysis was used to analyze the Huzhou, Ningbo, Jinhua, Taizhou and Jiaxing cities. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of Huzhou manufacturing enterprises were found out.
