摘要
以仁怀共和泵站为例对泵站型式、水泵参数、水泵布置等进行分析设计,选择高效水泵泵型、低耗能机组运行方式,在泵站设计中体现了节能因素。进一步对仁怀共和泵站相关参数进行分析比较,最终确定泵站型式为排架式泵站,泵型采用效率较高的长轴深井泵,机组均采用变频运行方式。通过对泵站进行节能技术分析设计,有效降低了泵站运行成本,对供水系统的全局节能具有重大意义。
Take Renhuai republic pumping station for example,analyzing and designing the pump station type,unit operation mode,pump parameter and pump arrangement to choosethe high efficiency pump type and low consumption energy unit operation mode,whichemboies the energy saving factor in the pump station design.This paper analyzes the relevant parameters of Renhua Republic pumping station.Through comparison of technical and economic,adopting bent pump station,long shaft pumps with higher efficiency,and the frequency conversion operation mode.The energy saving technology analysis and design of pumping station can effectively reduce the operation cost of pumping station,and it is of great significance to the overall energy saving of water supply system.
