摘要 为解决由于部件的设计原因导致的牵引系统接地保护试验故障诊断不准确问题,从系统和部件的角度进行分析研究,排查出是由于牵引功率单元IGBT驱动电路部分器件的设计选型不当所致。通过调整IGBT驱动板短路保护电路电容、电阻的参数并通过试验验证,解决了此类问题。通过系统的研究分析及IGBT驱动电路的优化设计,可准确定位故障,利于动车组牵引系统的检修维护。 In order to solve the fault diagnosis not accurate problem in traction system grounding protection test, research and analysis were carried out for system and components, which pointed out that the reason was the improper selection of IGBT driving device in traction power unit. By adjusting the parameters of capacitance and resistance of short circuit protection circuit of IGBT drive plate, the problems were solved. Through the research and analysis of the system and the optimization design of the IGBT drive circuit, the fault could be located accurately, which was helpful for the maintenance of the traction system of the EMUs.
