摘要
本文对目前高校教师队伍中师德失范的现象进行客观分析 ,从高校思想政治工作、吸引人才条件、人才发挥作用的环境以及管理体制等方面寻找产生失范的主要原因 。
This article makes an objective analysis of the cause of some college teachers' misdeeds. It covers such aspects as the political work in higher schools, the conditions for attracting talents, the environment for talents to bring into play and the managerial system, etc. The essay puts forward some concrete measures to strengthen college teachers' morality in the future.
