对食管癌患者围手术期应用精细护理的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Fine Nursing Care in Patients with Esophageal Cancer during Perioperative Period

目的探讨对食管癌患者围手术期应用精细护理的意义。方法选取2015年~2016年在大连市友谊医院就诊的60例食管癌围手术期患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采取普通护理措施,试验组30例在对照组的基础上使用精细护理,比价两组患者首次排气时间,静脉输液时间,首次进食时间。结果试验组首次排气时间,静脉输液时间,首次进食时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对食管癌围手术期患者采取精细护理,可以缩短期康复时间,值得在临床推广。

Objective To study the perioperative application careful nursing in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods From 2015 to 2016 in Dalian Friendship Hospital of 60 patients with esophageal perioperative, randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, the control group, 30 cases of normal nursing measures, treatment group 30 cases in the control group use careful nursing, on the basis of the comparison of two groups of patients for the first time the exhaust time, intravenous fluids infusion time, eating time for the first time. Results The experimental group for the first time the exhaust time, intravenous fluids infusion time, for the first time the meal time are lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with esophageal perioperative take careful nursing, can say the short recovery time, is worth popularizing in clinical.
