冲击波联合扶他林膏剂治疗Ⅰ期胫后肌腱功能不全的临床研究

Curative Effectiveness of Shock Wave Associated with Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel for PTTD

目的探讨应用冲击波联合扶他林膏治疗战士Ⅰ期PTTD的临床疗效。方法对48例战士Ⅰ期PTTD患者应用冲击波联合扶他林膏剂治疗。治疗结束后根据AOFAS踝与后足评分和VAS评分对疗效进行评估。结果治疗后全部病例随访1年。疗效评价:治疗后效果优为36例(75%),良为8例(16.7%),可为2例(4.1%),差为2例(4.1%)。结论冲击波联合扶他林膏剂治疗PTTD具有疗效可靠、康复快并且非创伤的优点。

Objective To explore the clinical results of shock wave associated with Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel for soldiers with PTTD. Methods 50 soldiers, with PTTD were treated by shock wave associated with Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel. Their outcomes were eraluated by AOFAS and VAS score system. Results All the patients were followed up lyear. The outcome were excellent in 36 patiens （75%）, good in 8 （16.7%）, fair in 2 （4.1%） and poor in 2 （4.1%）. Conclusion Shock wave associated with Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel is an effective and minimally invasive management for PTTD.
