中条山会战国共配合作战之研究

Study on Cooperation Between the Kuo Min Tang and the Communist Party of China in the Battle of Zhongtiao Mountain

1941年中条山会战期间,国共之间由于"互信不足",不复"彼时各军协同作战"之盛况,致损失惨重,经略多年的根据地被蚕食。以研究者的"后见之明"观之,中条山会战应从国际、国内的视野研究。国际上,《日苏中立条约》订立后,国共两党都做出不同的回应。中共苦撑危局,与中间派力量的种种不利舆论进行斡旋。国民党则逐渐放松对日戒备,积极准备攻打陕北,并对日军中条山调兵意图判断失误,致使战役爆发后陷入被动。中共亦出于皖南事变两党交恶、百团大战后保存实力之考虑,仅给予有限之支援与配合,殊为憾事。

During the hattie of Zhongtiao Mountain in 1941, the Kuo Min Tang （KMT） and the Communist Party of China （CPC） failed to take military cooperation due to the lack of mutual trust between two parties, which had resulted into big losses, in particular, led to its territories occupied by the Japanese enemy gradually. In regard to the cooperation between two parties in this battle, it is suggested to take researches from the national and international perspectives. Internationally, the signing of the Japanese-Soviet Neutrality Treaty exerted big negative influences on Chinese resistance against Japanese invasion. To deal with the disadvantageous external environment, the KMT and the CPC made different responses. The CPC struggled hard to mediate with the centrists block as to address adverse public opinion. Meanwhile, the KMT not only failed to concentrate on Japanese military activities, but also actively prepared to attack the Northern Shaanxi Area led by the CPC. The false judgment at Japanese troop＇s intention to move toward the Zhongtiao Mountain led the troop of the KMT in a passive position after the Battle broke out. Meanwhile, the CPC did not provide sufficient assistance and cooperation because the two parties had a bad relationship after the Southern Anhwei Incident, the consideration of strength concealment after the Great Campaign with One Hundred Regiments, which is obviously regrettable in Chinese modern history of anti- Japanese.
