摘要 What are the main difficulties in intercultural communication encountered by the students of the National School of Business and Management of Agadir (ENCGA)/Morocco during their interaction with French native managers in Moroccan companies? This is the main question we will try to answer in the present article. From two different methods: the participant observation and sound recording of communicative interactions, the study has addressed the fundamental issues related to the problems of communication with the other in an intercultural professional environment. The conclusions drawn from the analysis of the data suggest some pedagogical readjustments to improve the teaching of intercultural communication in the ENCGA,
