温经活血方外洗治疗化疗所致周围神经毒性临床研究

Clinical Study of External Bath with "Wenjing Huoxue Prescription" on Peripheral Neurotoxicity due to Chemotherapy

目的:观察温经活血方外洗防治XELOX方案引起的周围神经毒性的临床疗效。方法:将65例结直肠癌患者随机分为试验组及对照组,对照组单纯行XELOX方案化疗,试验组于化疗第1天起加用温经活血方温浴四肢,每日1次,共持续治疗2个化疗周期。比较两组患者神经毒性发生情况及其严重程度,评估患者生存质量,观察骨髓抑制的发生情况。结果:治疗第3周试验组周围神经毒性的发生率为11.8%,对照组为19.3%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第6周,对照组周围神经毒性发生率为23.5%,对照组为54.8%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后卡氏评分情况及骨髓抑制程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温经活血方外洗可减轻XELOX方案化疗所致的周围神经毒性,临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of external bath with ＂ Wen Jing Huo Xue Decoction＂ on the peripheral neurotoxicity due to chemotherapy. Methods： 65 patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The control group was treated with XELOX regimen. Patients in the experiment group were treated with external bath of ＂ Wen Jing Huo Xue Decoction＂ in addition to that of the control group during the two chemotherapy cycles. The occurrence and severity of neurotoxicity in both groups were compared,and patients＇ quality of life and the occurrence of myelo-suppression were observed. Results： The incidence of peripheral neurotoxicity in the experiment group was 11. 8% and that was 19. 3% in the control group in the third week of treatment. There was no significant difference between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. In the 6th week of treatment,the incidence of peripheral neurotoxicity was 23. 5% in the experiment group and that was 54. 80% in the control group,the difference being statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in KPS and myelo-suppression between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： External bath with ＂ Wen Jing Huo Xue Decoction＂ can reduce the peripheral neurotoxicity caused by XELOX chemotherapy,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
