炮制对不同产地马钱子中马钱子碱含量的影响

Effect of Processing Techniques on Stryehnine Content in Nux Vomica with Different Origins

目的:比较不同产地马钱子不同炮制品中马钱子碱的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对不同产地马钱子不同炮制品马钱子碱含量进行测定。色谱条件:色谱柱Alltima C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺系统,流速为1.0 m L·min^(-1),最长吸收波长为254 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:按照马钱子炮制品中马钱子碱含量从高到低顺序排列,分别为油炸品、砂烫品、醋煮品、樟帮尿泡品、醋煮砂炒品、醋浸品、醋浸砂炒品。按照不同产地马钱子中马钱子碱含量从高到低顺序排列,分别为越南、广西、印度、云南、缅甸、四川、湖北、海南。结论:中药马钱子中马钱子碱含量与产地和炮制方法密切相关,为临床安全用药提供理论依据。

Objective： To determine the contents of strychnine in traditional Chinese medicine Nux vomica processed products with different origins. Methods： The different contents of strychnine in the processed products of Nux vomica with different origins were measured with high performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC）. The chromatographic conditions were as follows： chromatographic column Alltima C18（ 150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase was acetonitrile water glacial acetic acid three systems. The flow rate was 1. 0 m L·min^-1. The longest absorption wavelength was 254 nm. The column temperature was 30 degrees centigrade.Results： The strychnine content arranged in amount from high to low were in fried product,hot sand product,vinegar boiled product,Zhangbang urine foam product,vinegar boiled sand fried product,vinegar product and vinegar dipping sand fried product. The strychnine content arranged in origin from high to low were Vietnam,Guangxi,India,Yunnan,Burma,Sichuan,Hubei,Hainan.Conclusion： The contents of strychnine in traditional Chinese medicine Nux vomica processed products with different origins are vary,with the highest content being fried product and the lowest being in vinegar dipping sand fried product. There are significant differences in contents of strychnine in traditional Chinese medicine Nux vomica processed products with different origins,with the highest being in Vietnam and the lowest in Hainan.
