摘要
本研究界定了高端装备制造企业与供应商相互依赖关系的内涵,基于资源依赖理论、关系理论、交易成本理论分析了双方相互依赖关系形成的驱动因素,在此基础上结合典型案例揭示了不同情境下双方相互依赖关系形成的三种过程,最后提炼出双方相互依赖关系形成过程机理模型,为高端装备制造企业与供应商建立相互依赖关系提供了理论基础和实践借鉴。
The research defined the connotation of interdependent relationship between high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises and suppliers. It also analyzed forming driving factors of their interdependent relationship based on resource dependence theory, rela- tionship theory and transaction cost theory. Based on this, according to typical cases, it revealed the three forming process of the inter- dependent relationship under the different circumstance. Finally, the paper refined the forming process mechanism model of the interde- pendent relationship. It provided the theoretical basis and practical reference for high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises and sup- pliers to build the interdependent relationship.
