止抽散治疗小儿抽动症临床研究

Clinical Study on Zhi Chou Powder in Treatment of Pediatric Multiple Tics

目的:观察自拟止抽散治疗小儿抽动症的临床疗效。方法:选取54例小儿抽动症患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各27例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,试验组予以自拟止抽散治疗,两组均以15 d为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程,治疗完成后6个月对所有患儿进行随访。根据耶鲁抽动症整体严重度量表评价治疗前后患儿抽动症状的次数、频率及强度、复杂性和干扰的分值,判定临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组患儿抽动的次数和频率均明显下降,且试验组低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿抽动的强度、复杂性及抽动干扰评分均明显下降,且试验组明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组有效率为96.30%,对照组有效率为66.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟止抽散治疗小儿抽动症临床疗效显著,可明显改善患儿症状体征。

Objective： To observe the curative efficacy of Zhi Chou Powder in treatment of pediatric Multiple tics. Methods： 54 children with Multiple tics were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Zhi Chou Powder. The two groups were treated for 4 courses,with one course of treatment being 15 days. All the children were followed up adter 6 months＇ treatment. The frequency,intensity,intensity,complexity and disturbance scores of children with Multiple tics were evaluated according to the Yale＇ s overall severity scale before and after treatment,and the clinical curative effect was evaluated. Results： The number and frequency of twitching in the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment and those of the experiment group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The intensity and complexity of the twitching in the two groups significantly decreased,and those of the experiment group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the experiment group was 96. 30%,which was significantly higher than that（ 66. 67%） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of Zhi Chou Powder is effective and it can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of children with Multiple tics.
