摘要
《建筑工程质量管理条例》明确规定,屋面防水工程质量保修期为5年,可见屋面防水工程质量的重要性。总结多年的实践经验,结合抚顺市某重点工程屋面防水工程,对屋面工程建筑主要防水材料、适用范围、施工工艺应用做以阐述。
＂Construction engineering quality management regulations＂ stipulates that roofing waterproof project quality warranty is for five years, which shows the importance of roofing waterproof project quality. This article summarizes many years of practical experience, combining with the key project roofing waterproof project, and elaborates the roofing construction main waterproof materials, application scope and construction technology.
