摘要
采用问卷调查方式获取实证数据,构建Cox比例风险模型分析大学生村官流失的影响因素。实证研究结果表明:年龄、薪酬满意度、发展空间、工作环境、培训机会、沟通渠道、家人支持、领导认可、政府重视这9个变量均为保护因素;学历、本源地、工作难度、工作复杂性、工作压力这5个变量均为危险因素;性别、婚姻状况、专业相关性、村民支持这4个变量在模型中没有统计学意义。根据实证研究结果提出了针对保护因素和危险因素的对策建议。
The Cox model was constructed with empirical data obtained by the questionnaire survey to analyze the factors of college student village official's turnover. The empirical research results indicate that age, salary satisfaction, development space, work environ- ment, training opportunities, communication channel, family support, leadership recognition and government attention are the protective factors; Degree, provenance, work difficulty, work complexity and work press are the dangerous factors. What's more, the gender, marital status, major correlation and the support of villages have no statistical signification in the Cox model. Finally, some tactics are pro- posed according to the two kinds of factors.
