A probe into the practice and approach of college party building appraisal in Jiangxi province

加强和改进高校党的建设,迫切要求建立健全党建考核体系,把党建责任从语言落实到行动上。江西省高校党建评估是落实党建责任的有力抓手,然而也存在一些问题。有鉴于此,可以探索运用现代绩效管理和信息技术,推动党建评估模式向党建绩效考核模式转换,充分发挥绩效考核的指挥棒作用,激发党建活力。为此,应积极探索党建绩效考核路径,建立完善考核队伍,科学构建考核指标,注重过程考核,加强结果运用,努力实现高校党建工作有力、有为、有位。

in order to strengthen and improve the college party building, it is necessary to perfect party building appraisal system and im- plement the responsibility of party building. The college party building appraisal in Jiangxi province is an effective way for implementing party building, however there are problems. We may explore the use of modern performance management and information technology to change party building appraisal model into the party building performance evaluation model and make full use of function of performance check and stimulate the vigor of party building. Therefore, we should explore the approach of college party building performance evalua- tion, establish scientific evaluation index, attach importance to the evaluation process and strengthen the use of result to perfect the party building.
