摘要
多学科的相互交叉与融合是高等院校创新性人才培养的有效途径,在未来的高校学科发展中将发挥越来越重要的作用。针对目前我国高校学科发展的现状和面临的问题,安徽工程大学电子信息工程专业通过以项目为纽带,融合学科竞赛,构建了多学科交叉融合的创新人才培养模式。实践证明,新的培养模式很好地适应了学科建设和发展的需要,学生的学习成绩和学科竞赛成绩显著提高,取得了很好的效果。
Multidisciplinary integration in universities is an effective way to train innovative talents, which will play an increasingly im- portant role in the future development of university disciplines. In view of the present situation and problems of university disciplines in China, the innovative talent training model of interdisciplinary integration has been established for Electronics and Information Engineer- ing majors in Anhui Polytechnic University by taking projects as links and combining it with disciplinary contests. The practice shows that the new training model has well adapted to the needs of discipline construction and development. Students have greatly improved in their studies and their performance in disciplinary contests.
