摘要
通过对安徽省高校大学生的实证调研,构建结构方程模型,分析归因、师生互动与大学生实践教学满意度之间的关系,得出以下主要结论:(1)外部归因对大学生实践教学满意度存在显著的负向影响;(2)内部归因对大学生实践教学满意度存在显著的正向影响;(3)师生互动对大学生实践教学满意度既存在显著的直接影响,又可以通过内外部归因产生显著的间接影响。在此基础上,针对性构建提升大学生实践教学满意度的策略机制。
Based on the empirical investigation of college students in Anhui Province, this paper constructs the structural equation mode to analyse the relationships between attribution, teacher- Student'interaction and students'practical teaching satisfaction. The main conclusions are drawn as follows : ( 1 ) external attribution has a significant negative impact on university students'practical teaching satisfaction; (2) internal attribution has a significant positive effect of university students' practical teaching satisfaction; ( 3 ) interaction between teachers and students not only has a significant direct impact, but also has a significant indirect effects of university students'practical teaching satisfaction through the internal and external attribution. On this basis, the strategy to improve the students" practical teaching satisfaction is constructed.
