塔河主体区块钻井液体系优化

摘要 塔河油田位于新疆南疆盆地,井深超过6000m,地质条件复杂,目的层埋藏深,在施工过程中钻井液会遇到许多问题。通过室内实验研究进一步优化钻井液体系,现场施工过程中不断探索新思路,初步形成一套适用于塔河主体区块的抗高温水基钻井液体系及相配套的维护处理技术,有效解决了上部地层砂岩渗透性强、泥岩易分散,下部地层岩性复杂、易剥落掉块、易塌易漏,同一裸眼存在多套压力系统、钻井液性能难以维护等问题。 Tahe oilfield is located in South Xinjiang basin. Well depth of the oilfield is more than 6000m, and geological condition is complex, sothere are many problems of drilling fluid while drill- ing. The experimental study and field practicefurther optimize drill- ing fluid system, and we initially formed a set of high-temperature water-based drilling fluid system and matching of maintenance technology, which effectively solves the problem of strong permea- bility of sandstone and easy disperse mudstone in upper formation, complex lithology, easy to peel off, collapse, leakage, multiple sets of system pressure, and hard to maintain drilling fluid in the lower formation.
