摘要
本文基于P-S-R模型构建了京津冀生态环境承载力指标体系,并选择熵值法来确定各指标的权重,采用线性加权平均模型测算2014年京津冀三地生态环境承载力综合值和各子系统值。为具体分析京津冀之间生态环境质量差异的根源,对压力指标、状态指标、响应指标进行了研究。结果表明:北京市生态环境承载能力最好,河北省最差,天津市位于京冀之间。基于以上研究,减轻承载压力、改善承载能力、强化治理环境有利于提高京津冀地区生态环境承载能力。
The P-S-R(Pressure-State-Response) model is used to construct index system of ecoenvironmental carrying capacity(ECC) in Jing-Jin-Ji Region. The index weight is determined according to the entropy method. The linear-weighted-average model is used to calculate the ECC of Jing-Jin-Ji Region in 2014. Considering the index of pressure subsystem, index of state subsystem, and index of response subsystem, the deep reason of the difference of eco-environmental quality among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is analyzed. The results indicate that comprehensive value of ECC in Beijing is the largest, comprehensive value of ECC in Hebei is the smallest. Based on the research, easing carrying pressure, upgrading ECC and intensifying environmental governance are useful to improve ECC in Jing-Jin-Ji Region.
