摘要 对某电厂锅炉末级过热器和末级再热器材料进行升级改造,改造后遗留旧管引发的氧化皮脱落导致爆管仍然存在。针对此问题进行分析,提出锅炉燃烧调整、燃煤掺烧、启停炉操作优化、氧化皮清理和吹扫等改进措施。实践证明,上述措施有效控制了锅炉氧化皮生成与脱落,解决了堵塞爆管问题,提高了机组运行安全性。 A power plant is upgraded to the boiler superheater and the final reheater material, but the stripping of the old pipe caused by the old pipe is still caused. According to the analysis of this problem, the paper puts forward the improvement measures such as boiler combustion adjustment, coal burning, assessment system, operation and optimization of opening and closing furnace, cleaning and purging of oxidizing skin. Practice has proved that the above measures to effectively control the boiler scale production and fall off, to solve the problem of plugging the explosion, improve the safety of the unit operation.
