600 MW超临界机组低负荷下自动给水控制优化

摘要 受电源数量增加和经济增长放缓的共同影响,600 MW超临界机组深度调峰已成为一种常态,负荷常降至250 MW以下运行。在低负荷运行时,如一台汽动给水泵跳闸,另一台汽动给水泵流量虽自动快速拉升,总给水流量仍无法在短时间内拉升至"给水流量低低"保护定值以上,导致锅炉MFT保护动作、机组跳闸。通过试验分析,找出低负荷下汽动给水泵给水控制的缺陷并进行改进,提高了机组的运行安全水平,为同类型机组的改造提供了参考方向。 The depth of peak regulation of 600 MW supercritical unit has become a norm and the load is often reduced to below 250 MW, which is affected by the increase of power supply and the slowdown of economic growth. In the low load operation, such as a steam feed pump trip, another steam feed pump flow is automatically pulled up quickly, the total water flow is still unable to pull in a short time to " low water supply" protection value above , Resulting in boiler MFT protection action, unit tripping. Through the test analysis, the defects of the water supply control of the steam feed pump under low load are improved and the safety level of the unit is improved, which provides the reference direction for the transformation of the same type of unit.
