摘要
随着中国-东盟FTA贸易创造效应的不断释放和全球范围内区域经济一体化标准的日渐提升,中国-东盟双边贸易进一步发展所必须面对和解决的问题逐步显现。在内外因素的共同推动下,FTA升级版以相对较快的速度落地实施。而共建"一带一路"之所以能够为中国-东盟贸易合作提供新动能,除通常所强调的市场机遇外,关键还在于其对双边贸易便利化、机制化的推进和新模式、新平台的构建具有重要的促进作用。
Along with the continuous release of trade creation effect of CAFTA and the gradual improvement of standard of regional economic integration in the world,the problems faced and resolved by trade cooperation between China and ASEAN keep emerging. Promoted by internal and external factors,upgraded CAFTA version is being put into effect at a relatively fast pace. The joint-construction of 'the Belt and Road'can provide newdriver to trade cooperation between China and ASEAN. In addition to market opportunity,the key is'the Belt and Road'can further trade facilitation and institutionalization,and promote the development of new trade modes and platforms.
