在"21世纪海上丝绸之路"建设中,重要节点建设是其基础和支撑,因此应进一步采取措施,加快完善和优化重要节点布局,构建"海丝路"建设重要节点支撑框架。加强重点区域和重点领域建设,进一步夯实重要节点建设基础。努力构建和完善国家支持体系,促进和保障重要节点建设的顺利实施。

In the construction of the '21st Century Maritime Silk Road',which is guided by 'co-construct a unimpeded,safe and efficient transport channel with key ports as nodes',the important nodes are the foundation and support.Therefore,it is appropriate to take further measures to accelerate the improvement and optimization of important nodes layout,then build the important nodes' support framework of the '21st Century Maritime Silk Road'; strengthen the key areas and critical fields' construction,further consolidate the basis of the important nodes' construction; take efforts to build and develop national support system to promote and ensure smooth implementation of the important nodes' construction,and ultimately promote the construction of the '21st Century Maritime Silk Road'better by taking the important nodes' construction as basis and support.
