台湾制造业全要素生产率动因研究

Motivation of Total Factor Productivity in Taiwan Manufacturing Industry and Its Enlightenment for Building New Fujian

运用DEA-Malmquist指数模型,对2007-2015年台湾制造业各行业运行效率进行定量分析评价发现,台湾制造业各行业效率分化明显,各行业运行效率提升的来源呈现较大差异,其中技术变化的贡献趋于弱化,纯技术效率和规模效率对不同行业效率的影响作用存在较大差异;劳动生产力和市场环境状况对台湾制造业生产率变化具有显著正向影响,行业规模和研发投入则没有表现出预期的即时影响效应。在当前经济发展形势下,台湾制造业全要素生产率变化规律和经验对大陆产业转型升级有重要启示意义。

By using the DEA-Malmquist index method,this paper made quantitative evaluation of efficiency of the industries of Taiwan manufacturing industry for the period 2007-2015. Through the panel data model analysis,it is found that the two major factors of labor productivity and the market environment have significant positive effect on Taiwan manufacturing industry total factor productivity,but the factors of industry scale and R & D investment don't show the expected effect. Finally,it summarizes the lawand experience of the TFP of Taiwan manufacturing industry,so as to provide reference for promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and promoting the construction of new Fujian.
