摘要
介绍了一种在产品设计中评估EMC风险的方法。采用共模电流的方法使电子产品与电子产品的开发流程融合在一起,通过每个步骤的EMC分析,指出现有产品EMC设计的风险,并给出解决方案,以提高产品EMC测试的通过率,降低产品开发成本。实践证明,按照电快速瞬变脉冲群测试干扰原理为基础进行分析的结果,同样对其他高抗扰度测试项目及EMI也有着重要的意义。
This paper introduced a method of assessing the risk of EMC in product design, which adopts the method of common mode current, the electronic products and the electronic product development process together, through each step of the EMC analysis,paints out the risk of product EMC design,and gives the solutions to improve the pass rate of EMC test, reduce the cost of product development. It has been proved that the analysis results based on the principle of electric fast transient pulse group test interference are also of great significance to other high winding test items and EMI.
