摘要
研制了一种在合闸前对线路故障进行检测的注入式低压智能开关。开关在出现故障分闸时,通过短信将故障以及定位信息发送到检修人员手机上;再通过向系统中注入小电压,对用户侧的电气量进行采集,并判断检测系统中的故障是否存在以及故障类型。试验验证能对系统中出现的故障进行检测,避免带故障重合闸的危险,通过GPRS通信将故障点的位置第一时间发送到检修人员手机App,并通过App自动定位故障开关位置并进行路径规划,最快时间到达现场,减少停电时间。
This paper developed an injection low voltage intelligent switch which can detect the line fault before closing. In the event of fault tripping, it sends the fault and location information to the maintenance personnel phone throngh SMS, and them by injecting a swall voltage to the system, collects the electrical quantity of user side and judges the presence of faults in the system and detects the type of failure,The tests show that it can detect the fault in the sysrem to avoid the risk of reclosing with the fault, and send the fault position to the maintenance personnel phone throngh GPRS the first time, through the App antomatically locate the fault switch location and path planning, to reach the scene the fastest time, reducing the power outage time.
