摘要
为了准确、迅速地筛查并确定酸枣仁中微量生物碱成分,运用含氮有机物(生物碱)分析包中的色谱柱建立酸枣仁生物碱成分的高效液相色谱在线分离方法,然后利用Mass Works分子识别软件和LC-ESI-MS/MS对在线分离的生物碱成分进行确认,共筛查到3种阿朴芬类生物碱:酸枣仁碱K(C_(17)H_(19)NO_3)、山矾碱(C_(17)H_(17)NO_2)和N-甲基巴婆碱(C_(18)H_(19)NO_2);2种环肽类生物碱:酸枣仁碱F(C_(31)H_(42)N_4O_5)和酸枣仁碱A(C_(31)H_(42)N_4O_4);还有一对同分异构体阿朴芬生物碱:木兰花碱和酸李碱(C_(20)H_(24)NO_4)有待进一步确定。
To accurately and quickly screen and identify trace alkaloids components from Semen Zizyphi spinosae, a HPLC online separation method of alkaloids components was developed using the columns which belong to the nitrogen- containing organic compounds (alkaloids) analysis kit. Then the alkaloids components separated on line were identified with the help of MassWorks molecular recognition software and LC-ESI-MS/MS. Three compounds : sanjoinine K (C17H19NO3 ) ,caaverine ( C17H17NO2 ) and N-methylasimilobine ( C18H19NO2 ), belong to aporphine alkaloids and two compounds:sanjoinine F (C31H42N4O5 ) and sanjoinine A (C31H42N4O4 ), belong to cyclopeptide alkaloids were screened and identified. In addition, there was a pair of isomeric compounds : magnoflorine and zizyphusine ( C20H24NO4 ), which belong to aporphine alkaloids to be further identified. A rapid and efficient screening method for alkaloids from Chinese medicine was established in this study.
