In the 21st century,the strategy that the enterprises have to face is how to make sustainable development based on the environment protection. With the environment pollution so serious and the awareness of environment protection enhancing increasingly, conventional methods of enterprise management are not suitable to the occasion, and then the advent of green management is to be of necessity. The paper describes the concept of the green management and its evolving progress, and reveals that the green management is a must for modern enterprises to sustain development.
