Research on the framework of evaluation index system of health management capabilities on college students

[目的]构建适宜我国高校的大学生健康管理能力评价指标体系基本框架。[方法]采用文献研究法、理论分析法和头脑风暴法对国内外相关文献进行梳理分析,在阐述美国、日本等国家的健康管理模式的同时,结合我国大学生健康管理工作的现状,拟定评价指标体系框架。[结果]大学生健康管理能力评价指标体系框架包含目标层、准则层和指标层三部分。其中,目标层是评价指标体系的构建目标,主要用于评估各高校的大学生健康管理能力;准则层是体现大学生健康管理能力评价一级指标的层次,主要包括大学生自我健康管理能力、学校刚性管理能力和相关人员柔性管理能力三个一级指标;指标层主要指具体指标的构建,即二级指标的设置。[结论]本研究构建的大学生健康管理能力评价指标体系框架具有一定的理论基础,可为进一步构建系统的、可操作的指标体系提供参考依据。

Objective To establish the basic framework of evaluation index system of health management capabilities on college students in China. Methods The method of literature review, theoretic analyses and brainstorming methods were used to analyze domestic and foreign literature. It stated health management model in the United States, Japan and other countries meanwhile combined with current situation of college students health management in China, established a framework of evaluation index system. Results The evaluation index system framework of college students＇ health management capabilities included three parts that were target layer, criterion layer and index layer. Target layer was the structure target of evaluation index system, it mainly used for assessing college students＇ health management capabilities. The criterion layer was the embodiment of the college students＇ health management capabilities, mainly included three first level index that were self - health - manage- ment capabilities, the college rigid - management capabilities and related personnel flexible management capabilities. The index layer of which mainly refered the construction of specific index, that was the second level index set. Conclusions The framework of the evaluation index system of college students＇ health management capabilities, which has a certain theoretical basis, so as to provide references for the further construction of the systemic and operated index system.
