公立医院“科室外包”问题浅析——基于医院声誉机制的角度

Study on “outsourcing departments” in public hospital—— Based on angle of hospitals' reputation mechanism

针对公立医院"科室外包"现象屡禁不止的现状,文章从医院声誉机制的角度分析了"科室外包"现象深层次原因,并从改善民营医疗机构经营模式、经营环境和公私有效合作三个方面提出建议,以期解决"科室外包"问题。

This article describes that the phenomenon of ＂outsourcing department＂ in public hospital is frequent and continued. It analyzes the deep - seated reasons of this phenomenon from the perspective of hospital＇s reputation mechanism. It also suggests to solve the problem from three aspects that improve the operation model, environment of private medical intuitions, and make an effective cooperation between public and private medical intuitions.
