夫妻咨询对减少艾滋病单阳家庭配偶阳转的影响分析

Analysis on the influence of couple counseling to reduce spouses' seroconversion in HIV/AIDS single positive family

[目的]了解夫妻咨询对减少艾滋病(获得性免疫缺陷综合症)单阳家庭配偶阳转的影响,为单阳家庭的干预提供参考。[方法]采用病例对照研究方法对109对阳转夫妻和114对单阳夫妻进行回顾性问卷调查,问卷内容包括基本情况、夫妻双方接受咨询和随访服务情况等。问卷信息录入Epidata 3.1软件,用SPSS 15.0软件进行卡方检验和单因素相关分析,α=0.05。[结果]65.14%的阳转家庭夫妻双方一起接受过艾滋病咨询,低于单阳家庭77.19%,χ~2=3.957,P=0.047,OR=0.552,95%CI:0.306~0.995。单阳阴性方获得心理支持的比例为75.22%,显著高于阳转方的34.31%,χ~2=17.384,P=0.000,OR=0.172,95%CI:0.360~0.014。[结论]夫妻同时接受咨询、对阴配提供心理支持有利于预防夫妻间传播。

Objective To understand the influence of couple counseling to reduce spouses＇ seroconversion in HiV/AIDS single positive family so as to provide reference for the intervention of HIV/AIDS single positive family. Methods 109 HIV seroconversion couples and 114 HIV/AIDS single positive couples were received retrospective questionnaire survey by case control study method. The questionnaires included basic intorma- tion and services of AIDS counselling and follow - up visit for the target couples. Information were input into Epidata 3.1 software, χ22 test and single factor analysis were completed by SPSS 15. 0 software （ α= 0. 05 ） . Results 65. 14% of seroconversion families had accepted AIDS counseling together, which was lower than that of HIV/AIDS single positive families （77. 19% ） （χ22 = 3. 957, P = 0. 047, OR = 0. 552, 95% CI： 0. 306-0. 995.75.22% of the negative parts for HIV/AIDS single positive families had received psychological support, which was higher than that of serocoversion parts （34. 31% ） （χ2 = 17. 384, P =0. 000, OR =0. 172, 95% CI： 0. 360 -0. 014） . Conclusions It is infavour of preventing the transmission between spouses that couples accept AIDS counseling together as well as giving psychological support to the negative part.
