墨玉县综合医院和县卫生院医务人员工作满意度分析

Analyses on staffs' job satisfaction of hospital and county health clinic in Moyu county

[目的]分析比较墨玉县综合医院和县卫生院医务人员工作满意度的情况,并分析其相关影响因素,为管理者制定相关政策提供一定的参考依据。[方法]以墨玉县医务人员为研究对象,进行自填式问卷调查,采用Spector教授1985年开发的JSS工作满意度量表进行调查。[结果]墨玉县少数民族医务工作者工作满意度总体得分为115.398分,最低得分为工作流程满意度得分10.831分,最高得分为工作性质得分14.981分;县综合医院医务人员的工作满意度总分低于县卫生院(P<0.001);除工作性质外,其余在薪酬、晋升和领导等8个维度上县综合医院和县卫生院得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]医务人员工作满意度处于偏低水平,医疗机构、性别、职称、学历和有无培训机会是工作满意度的影响因素。医院及政府部门应采取相关措施,提高少数民族医务人员的工作满意度,稳定医疗队伍。

Objective To analyze and compare the situation of work satisfaction of hospital and county health clinic staffs in Mouu country of Xin- Jiang province, and analyze it＇s related influencing factors so as to provide certain reference basis for administrator formulating relevant policy. Methods The author used selffill questionnaire investigation to medical staffs in Moyu county as the research objects. Used the FSS job satisfaction scale which invented by professor Spector in 1985 to investigate. Results The Total score of work satisfaction of minority medical staffs in Mouu was 115. 398. The minimum score was the score of workflow satisfaction score which was 10. 831. The maximum score was 14. 981 of job category. The satisfaction of medical staffs in the comprehensive hospitals of country was lower than that in county clinics＇ （P 〈 0. 001 ） . In ad- dition to job category, the other eight differences like promotion, salary and leadership had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusions The work satisfaction of medical staffs is low. Medical institution, gender, the title of a technical post, education background have or not train opportunity arc the influence factors of work satisfaction. Hospital and government should take relevant ways to improve the satisfaction of minority medical staffs and stabilize medical teams.
