构建富有吸引力的青年军官成长环境研究

Research on Constructing an Attractive Growth Environment for Young Officers

摘要 在国家以经济建设为中心、军官来源大幅调整的形势下,为继续保持青年军官成长环境的吸引力,军队应从职业生涯管理的视角探明并满足青年军官的职业发展需求。受教育背景及成长经历作用,青年军官希望对职业生涯进行自我管理,并渴望取得良好的职业成长。军队应将组织职业生涯管理作为党管干部的具体措施,使组织目标与青年军官自我管理目标相协调,并搭建起利于获得职业成长的平台,从而满足青年军官职业发展需求。 To raise the attraction of growth environment of young officers, we should apply career management theory to explore and meet young officers' career development demands. Influenced by education background, young officers desire for a complete and a coherent career, and expect to achieve career growth through excellent individual management. The military should take organizational career management as specific measures of the Principle of Party Managing Cadres, which can not only help achieve win-win between organizational goal and individual goal, but also can construct platforms that are favorable for career growth.
